An all-titanium temple cannot be reshaped this way, which is exactly why we capped the metal at the temple body and finished the ends in acetate.

Testing and Quality Control
The frame ships with testing documentation matched to how you fit it. As an optical frame, it is built to ISO 12870, the international standard for spectacle frames, with CE documentation for EU-bound orders. Sweat-resistance testing at 48 or 72 hours runs on request, as do salt spray and temperature cycling for clients selling into hot coastal markets.
On the production floor, checks run at material intake, in-process assembly, finished-goods inspection (100%), and pre-shipment sampling. The lab equipment photos on this page are the actual machines doing these tests, photographed in our Henggang facility - not stock images.

We keep those processes in-house for exactly that reason. Material intake, cutting, shaping, assembly, and final inspection all run under one roof, with development releasing new styles every two months.
