1.Material baking, baking is the beginning of producing acetate frames, as we all know, acetate glasses frames have a disadvantage is easy to out of shape, baking not only the purpose to soften the acetate so easy to producing, but also the first step to control shrink. The baking need to control temperature and time at the most right place, to ensure not too short or over-deformed. 2.The other point is grinding, and grinding we need to be careful is rolling, rolling is done by rollers which is doing in closed machine, the workers can’t view the effect at any time like hand polishing, so need to control time strictly.

3.Putting needle inside and assemble hinges. be careful not to hit the copper needle off-center, once putting inside can’t do any changes, and amendment.

Accessories producing, it’s the first key step, the glasses frames accessories including rim, temples, tips, hinge, nose pads, screws, etc, each one need to in accurate dimensions, or it’s very difficult in final assembling. So all the accessories need to be produced according to design specifications, and do QC check before to next step.

Welding, welding is connection different accessories together of an eyeglasses frame, the welding quality affect the durability of one glasses frames directly. During welding, first need to control well the temperature, what the temperature need to use we need to according engineering instruction, after the temperature is fixed to ensure the accurate welding position, and keep the welding tips clean and free of oxidation.After welding, cool and clean in time to avoid cracks.

The another important process is polishing, it’s also need rough polishing and exquisite polishing, we need to use the cloth wheel for polishing, to ensure the metal glasses frames reach to mirror effect, especially for high end titanium alloy eyeglass frames, the polishing effect affect the plating quality, that after polishing need to do QC one by one, if not mirror enough need to re-polishing then QC again.

Plating is to add the protection layer and cover on the surface of the eyeglasses frame, to beautify the appearance, that need to ensure the plating is skin safety and the covering long lasting. We should select the most suitable plating solution for different glasses frames, such as stainless steel and alloy, titanium use IP plating, and aluminum glasses frames use oxidation way. During plating control the plating time strictly, to avoid over-plating or under-plaing.

for one plastic glasses frame usually the defectives are roughing surface, easy to broken and looks cheap, producing an plastic glasses frames to top quality is not easy, but is possible. We should master following important steps:
1. The mold, an super mold decide one top eyeglasses frame, during making mold, first need to select high-strength and high resistant material, such as high quality steel, good quality glasses mould can ensure the life time of mold using also, then need to do the accurate details, that during producing no need much hand polishing again.

2. For the glasses frames, we will suggest to select the TR90 or other nylon materials, as they have the high elasticity, high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance. During injection, the most important is the data adjusting, especially the temperature of injecting, and mold, the usual injection temperature is 200-250 degrees Celsius, and mold temperature keep 50-80 degrees Celsius, but this is estimated, we should test the most suitable temperature of the specific glasses frame designs, here is the key points to avoid broken.

3.For plastic glasses producing, oil spraying is also important and not easy to control. Before oil spraying, need to cleaning, polishing the surface carefully, to ensure they are smooth and clean enough to avoid dust dots, and improve adhesion of the oil spraying. Selecting the high quality oil spraying materials, which in good adhesive force, uniform in colors, and environmentally. And the oil spraying of the optical glasses need to in dust free house, when finished need to do drying treatment, the drying oven temperature and time is we must take care of.
