The design & drawing
The first step is create the drawing, this is very important and basic, we need an experienced designer to do it, so the size suitable for most of people and comfortable, meet human ergonomics. The drawing is divided into three views and accessory drawings. The three views are to be distributed to the production line for use. The accessory drawings require relatively high accuracy, which will directly affect the accuracy of the glasses frame.
The frame mold making
Then to mold opening, after the accessory drawings are drawn, they should be sent to the accessory department for mold opening, and accessories should be made according to the data on the drawings. The temples, nose bridge, and end piece need to make mold. In the mold opening process, simple molds are generally divided into two steps: one, hydraulic mold. Two, flash mold. Process
Winding,grinding & bending
Next to winding, wrapping is to make the eye core mold according to the circle shape of the glasses on the drawing and then put it into the automatic winding machine for winding. In the past, it was done manually by hand, but now it is generally done with automatic winding machines, and the output has increased by dozens or even hundreds of times. Moreover, the advantage of automatic winding is that the left and right sides of the wound circle are relatively symmetrical, which will directly affect the beauty of the glasses frame after it is made.
Next to grinding of mold accessories. after the mold is opened and produced, the accessories need to be polished to facilitate the subsequent welding process.
Next bending, the titanium needs to be bent before welding. This is a necessary process for each titanium glasses frame, no matter what style it is.
Next welding, there is an independent department for welding processing. Welding the rim, end piece and nose bridge together. Before welding, the production line QC will check each accessories, to ensure the qualified parts be welded.
Then to polishing. After the eyeglass frame is welded, it needs to be polished.
Then to QC.After polishing, it must be inspected by professionals for qualification. Unqualified products must be repaired until they are qualified, because if they are not polished well, it will defective after plating.
And then to plating, for an general titanium frame after plating the producing steps are finished, but this titanium spectacle frame we need a very careful and one more step-oil drip, then just semi-finished products and need to be packaged after the semi-finished frames be inspected. The packaging process includes lens cutting, lens installation, leaf installation and sleeve installation, then to finished frame inspection.
