If it is too sluggish, it will shrink and break easily. As a result, we must pay close attention to the regulation of its processing speed when pouring in order for the quality of the created products to satisfy the specified standards.
3. It is critical to regulate the cooling time throughout processing, and the exact time required should be calculated based on the unique characteristics of the processed items. The processing of the injection mold will have a significant impact on the brightness of the product display, thus greater care must be taken.

1. You just send us your detailed drawings such as AI, CorelDraw, CAD profile or real samples.
2. We make new models according to your design or sample, and then send for your confirmation.
3. We will modify if any changes needed.
4. Once our sample approved, you can start place order for mass production.
5. Both totally new design or making changes on our models are accepted (even after order placed).
