Q2. What about the minimum requests?
A:Not all the models have minimum requests, it depends on what you needs, if our design, no need any logo, that no minimum requests, if newly your design, that have minimum requests, and the quantity also depends on the materials, and constructions from 100-1200pcs. We can discuss the further details later.
Q3.Can you keep my design and don’t share with others?
A: You can rest assured that, all our OEM/ODM client we will sign confidentiality agreement, we will not share any of your designs, LOGO, productions and other information to any other client, this is one reason why our clients can keep long relationship with us. Your interest is our goal.
Q4. How do you ship the goods ?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. What your payment term?
A:The payment term we can negotinate, T/T,L/C,Paypal or other ways you prefer.
Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new sunglasses with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
