And one more thing worth knowing upfront: if the lens you want isn't a type we stock, the lens MOQ can run higher than the frame MOQ. Sometimes meaningfully higher. We'd rather tell you that on day one than surprise you with it on day thirty.
Compliance and quality control
Your market decides the paperwork, not the other way around. Tell us where the glasses are going and what your customers or local regulations require, and we'll arrange the corresponding testing and documentation accordingly - whether that's for the EU, the US, or elsewhere. UV400 protection is standard on every pair we ship.
On the QC side, frames are inspected before packing under our standard outgoing inspection procedure, and inspection reports can travel with the goods. Third-party inspection and factory audits are fine with us. If you have specific requirements - a particular AQL level, your own checklist - send it over and we'll confirm whether and how we can meet it, in writing, before you commit.
Customization and terms
Branding and finish. Laser engraving or screen printing on the temple exterior; carbon fiber layup direction and surface finish (matte / semi-gloss) adjusted to your brand's tone.
Sampling. Samples ready in 15 days after design confirmation. Sample fees depend on the work involved and are credited back against your bulk order.
Lead time. 30–45 days for bulk, depending on quantity and how deep the customization goes. You get a written production schedule with your order confirmation.
MOQ. 300 pieces for private label. Structural changes or new molds are quoted separately, in writing. No vague lines.
Payment and terms. T/T, 30% deposit, balance before shipment - or we talk. EXW and FOB both workable.
