Blue Light Blocking Glasses Order Ships to Middle East Partner

A batch of blue light blocking glasses left our Shenzhen factory in November 2026. The order covers all three lens colors we make - yellow, orange, and red - bound for a channel partner of six years standing who supplies retailers across the Gulf.

This partner already sells standard optical frames and sunglasses. Over the past year their retail customers kept asking for blue light blocking glasses and sleep glasses, so this shipment is their first full-line entry into the category.

What's in the order

Yellow-lens blue light blocking glasses for daytime. Office workers, gamers, students - anyone in front of a screen for eight-plus hours. The yellow tint filters part of the blue spectrum while colors stay readable, which is why it works at a desk.

Orange-lens sleep glasses for the evening, worn two to three hours before bed. Customers who have trouble falling asleep tend to pick this one; the amber tint softens blue light during the wind-down hours.

Red-lens sleep glasses for the last one to two hours before sleep. These block blue and green light up to about 550 nm. Insomnia sufferers, night-shift workers, and travelers resetting their body clocks after a long flight are the main buyers. One thing we always tell retailers: individual results vary, and published research on sleep outcomes is still mixed. Their customers will ask, so we put it in writing.

One frame, three lens options

The logic of this order is simple. One acetate frame style, three lens colors - three use cases and three price points, without three separate frame lines sitting in stock.

Retailers in the Gulf liked this. Yellow covers the daytime office crowd. Orange covers people who can't switch off at night. Red covers the harder cases and the irregular schedules. A shop can test the category with a single frame, watch which color moves, and reorder only that one. Fewer frame lines also means less dead stock at the end of the season.

The frames come from our existing tooling: a rounded panto and a rectangular shape, each in deep tortoise and black acetate. Both shapes have been in production for two years and have already sold through other private label programs, so the fit and finish are settled. No new molds were cut for this order. We laser-engraved the partner's logo on the temples.

Test reports

Every lens color shipped with its own blue light transmittance report and a UV400 protection report.

We hand these documents to the partner, and the partner passes them to retailers. Over-the-counter eyewear in the Gulf increasingly draws documentation requests, and this order was ready for that before anyone asked. Hard copies go in the carton; PDFs go out by email before the goods leave the port.

Starting your own blue light blocking glasses line

If you want to build a private label line of blue light blocking glasses or sleep glasses, you don't need to cut molds or wait months. Pick a frame from our existing acetate styles, pick yellow, orange, or red lenses, and we ship it with your logo. Small-batch private label orders start at 50 to 100 pairs per color.

Run the first order as a market test. See which color your customers actually buy, then decide whether a fully custom frame makes sense.

Email us at rain@leeyewear with the frame style you are considering. We reply with photos, specifications, and a quotation - usually within 24 hours.
