At Leeyewear, fully custom acetate frames normally start at 300 pairs per color. This MOQ reflects the combined work involved in shape development, machine programming, trial cutting, sample adjustment, material usage, and production setup.
Acetate sheets are supplied in fixed sizes. A new frame shape requires testing and adjustment before bulk production. Custom acetate colors may also carry separate material-purchasing requirements.
Standard screws and hinges can often be selected from our existing component stock. Custom component specifications are quoted separately and may have their own MOQs and production requirements.
Private Label Orders Start at 50 Pairs Per Style
Our finished-frame library currently includes more than 1000 ready-to-ship styles, covering acetate sunglasses, TR90 sport sunglasses, titanium optical frames, and metal optical frames.
Frame development has already been completed for these styles. After you select a model, we confirm stock availability, your logo requirements, lens specifications, and the order quantity.
The private-label MOQ starts at 50 pairs per style. If you want to test several colors, we will confirm the available options and quantity allocation before preparing your quotation.
Logo Application Is Quoted as a Separate Process
For small production runs, we offer pad printing on the temple and laser engraving on the temple or lens. The suitable process depends on the frame material, logo artwork, position, and expected finish.
Logo application is charged for both sampling and bulk production. The quotation depends on the selected process, logo specifications, and order quantity. We confirm the process and cost with you before production begins.
Need a Different Lens Color? We Check Our Stock
If the frame fits your collection and you want a different lens color, send us a reference photo or a physical sample. A physical sample provides a more reliable color reference, while a photo can help us begin the stock search.
We check our lens stockroom for the closest available color. The replacement lens also needs to match the frame in shape, size, and base curve. Once a suitable option is confirmed, we can fit the lenses before shipping.
Any additional charge for a lens-color change depends on the lens material, tinting or coating process, and order quantity. We confirm lens compatibility, color, cost, and availability before including the option in your order.
Shorten the Overall Project Timeline by About 90%
Starting from finished frames can shorten the overall project timeline by approximately 90% compared with developing a fully custom collection. The schedule no longer includes new frame development, tooling, repeated sampling, or custom material preparation.

We add new finished-frame styles every quarter based on trade-show trends and buyer requests. If you cannot find a suitable style in our library, send us your reference frames. We will check for comparable options and tell you what can be offered for a small-batch order.
