As sunglasses and glasses frame factory, we conducted in-depth analysis, our goals in not on design but materials, along with the material of titanium hot in the market for years, and consider the consumers real needs, based on material features, in year 2025,2026 the high density acetate, injection acetate or acetate combined with TR90 or other injection material will the main trends. Why we say so?
The first reason is the glossy effect of acetate and multi colors deeply trusted by consumers, the longer time use, the better glossy, this is other materials can't get. But acetate is heavy and too soft to without cooper needle on the temples, this leads to some designs can't be realized by acetate traditional craft, the injection acetate can do this, so next some designs will use the injection acetate, so most of designs can produce by in acetate, with the supper quality feeling.
The other reason is injection TR90 is light weight, flexible, stable, comfortable wearing, good for daily wearing and sports, so many designs will use it or use TR90 combined with acetate.
