As we all know the acetate is a high glasses material, because of its' high permeability，high strength, firmness, memory and with rich colors, it is well welcomed by midium, high level glasses brand.
To complete a pair of perfect acetate glasses,there are at least 100 to 200 processes, today we will briefly introduce it:
Ⅰ,Part of the garage line
Cutting: Cut the raw materials into blocks of the required length and shape.Then put into oven for 48-72 hours( this step is to avoid frame easy to out of shape during using, some manufacturer will without this step to save cost).
2. Finely carved inner and outer rings: According to the size and model required by the order or engineering drawing, use CNC to carve the inner and outer rings, so that the basic shape of the front frame of the glasses comes out.
4. Combine materials : The purpose of combining materials is to put end pieces and nose pieces on the frame that have been driven inside and out. First pick up the frame and place it, and then put end pieces or nose pieces on the frame as required. Put the assembled frame into the air press to press.
5. Hand polish: Racks are hand sanded with a file, blade and file to a knife-mark free, smooth, and non-marking finish.
6. Bend the frame:heat the frame, and bend the rim to a suitable curvature. Put the bent frame into ice water and let it cool quickly to prevent the bend from rebounding and recovering. In this way, the pre-process of the front frame is basically completed.
7.Temples making process: temples cutting,planning, copper needles, hing sleeves, scraping, marking, filing, etc.
Second, plishing process. After the pre-process of the front frame and temples is completed, it will enter the subsequent processes of rolling, nailing, polishing and so on.
1. Wash and polish. Wash, polish and blow dry the finished rims and rims in an ultrasonic machine. Soak the air-dried rings and scallops in acetone, wash and smooth the dead corners and edges, and then air-dry them.
2. Polishing in rolling: Mix the washed and polished rings or scallops with wood grains and put them into the drum to make them smooth and shiny.
Ⅱ,Roller three steps
1) Coarse rolling: The materials used are large wood pellets, engine oil and diesel oil. The purpose is to remove the knife marks on the circle and scorpion.
2) Medium rolling: The materials used are medium wood chips and medium rolling oil. The purpose is to get rid of the pitting on the circle and the scorpion.
3) Smooth rolling: The material used is small wood pellets and smooth rolling oil. The purpose is to polish the ring and scorpion smooth, shiny and free of pitting.
3. Throwing rings and thick throwing: Polish the laps and scallops after entering the drum to remove knife marks.
4. Grinding head: Grind the head of the assembled acetate frame to make it smooth.
5. Throwing yellow wax: the flow is- the bottom of the scorpion-the surface of the scorpion-the surface of the ring-the surface of the bridge of the nose and the left/right head.
6. Wash the frame and air drying.
7. Clear up the frame: remove the small pits and sand holes on the frame to make the frame shiny.
Ⅲ,Assembly :
1. Nail hinge: Nail the hinge into the ring so that it can be combined with the scorpion, and remove the glue marks near the hinge.
2. Cut the scorpion: Cut the ring and scorpion with the hinges fixed according to the needs, so as to facilitate the combination of the lap and the scorpion.
3. Drill press fancy.
4. Screwing: Use screws to fix the cut ring and scorpion.
5. File end pieces: Manually operate the rack that has been screwed to make it smooth and round.
6. install the corner flower.
Ⅳ,Packaging :
1. Logo printing: print the desired LOGO, words on the frame.
2. Assembling the lens: Load the cutted lens into the frame.
3. Frame holder: frame shaping, check the whole pair frames with lens, whether there are big and small sides and high and low angles; check whether the screws are twisted or loose; whether the circle shape is flying; Polish the frame after inspection.
4. Packing: wipe the frame, wipe the smear, wrap the glasses in a bag, put the protective film and label on the lens, put the glasses in the bag and box.
5. Transportation. We will according to the requirements of our customers, because most of our customers are middle and high-end glasses brands, and the value of glasses is not cheap, so most of the transportation methods are express or air freight to ensure that the products are delivered to customers quickly and safely.
